Intero Hong Kong Appoints U.S. Intero Real Estate Services Agents to Assist Investors Visiting Silicon Valley

Agents will attract investors from China and across the Pacific region to U.S. properties

Cupertino, California – (Sept 9, 2011) – Intero Hong Kong has appointed three Realtors from Intero Real Estate Services, corporately owned offices based out of Silicon Valley to be the U.S. contacts for investors from Hong Kong. Guru Toor from Intero Cupertino, Lisa Wendl, and Renuka Ahuja from Intero Los Altos, all are part of the international team and serve as Directors of Marketing and Sales.

Currently he is working on a number of projects with international clients.

Lisa Wendel has 20 years experience with real estate investment and financing. She obtained an MBA in Finance from University of Illinois at Chicago and a BS in Economics from Fudan University in Shanghai. Lisa also works with several major U.S. based developers to promote developments in Shanghai.

With roots and past experience in the Silicon Valley tech industry, Renuka Ahuja brings years of experience in buying and selling Real Estate in the Bay area as well as in the luxury home developments. She takes an integrated approach and works diligently hands on selling and buying Real Estate for her clients.

Former President of Coldwell Banker’s San Francisco Region joins Intero

CUPERTINO, SILICON VALLEY – August 9, 2011 – Intero Real Estate Services, Inc. announced Larry Klapow as Vice President and Managing Officer of Intero San Mateo.

Over the course of a 19-year career involving Bay Area real estate, Klapow has earned a reputation as a peer, mentor, friend and coach. As a former President of Coldwell Banker’s Residential Brokerage San Francisco Bay Area Region, he was responsible for the development of the company and oversaw 32 offices and a talented team of up to 2,200 real estate professionals.

The last few years Larry has been assisting business owners in growing their companies, training sales staff and coaching and mentoring agents in growing their businesses. He has an expertise in recruiting, building relationships, and developing talents, while establishing accountability. Klapow is extremely effective in challenging environments and economic crises. Intero expands into the Vietnamese community

Owners of the InteroNha Milpitas office, Dylan Nguyen and Steven Tran, opened a new commercial retail development, Vietnam Town, the largest Vietnamese Plaza in California. A grand opening event was held on June 18, 2011.

Dylan and Steven also plan to expand InteroNha Milpitas in the coming months to a second office, Intero Vietnam Town, which will be located within Vietnam Town at 909-990 Story Road in San Jose, CA. This office will be a state-of-the-art commercial business model, that will cater to an Asian market.

The Vietnam Town plaza grand opening had a variety of food, games for kids, jumpers, a dunking tank, lion dance and live entertainment. There were also many booths set up to support the community such as City programs for first time Home Buyers, NSP, HAFA, Home Path, Credit Consultant, Residential, Commercial Lenders, Attorney, and much more. President, Founder and CEO of Intero Real Estate Services, Gino Blefari, gave a speech and expressed the excitement about exposing this Intero Vietnam Town project and its future to all of Intero and their clients as well as the Vietnamese community.

Leading brokerage company reaches agreement with Metro Homes

Innovative brokerage company further expands national presence with the opening of the first Intero® Andare(sm) office in Texas

Silicon Valley, CA (February 24, 2011) – Intero Franchise Services, Inc. has signed a master franchise agreement in Texas with Avanti Capital Management (“Avanti”), a real estate investment group operating in the Houston metropolitan area.
